Office Manager, Property Manager, LCAM
Teresa joined our management team in 1985 as a property manager and has spent the past (15) years as office manager. Teresa is a licensed community association manager and her responsibilities ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing administrative staff members and delegating tasks. Also responsible for preparing the monthly accounts payables for associations and providing estoppel letters.
Senior Operations Manager, LCAM
Lauren joined our management team in 2007 as a licensed community association manager and in addition to managing communities her responsibilities as senior operations manager is to ensure smooth efficient customer service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients. Lauren also is responsible for the sales and rental applications submitted for association approval.
Stuart is our chief accounting officer and heads the accounting department. Stuart is responsible for the Associations financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, budget review and preparation, tax compliance, insurance schedules and various special analyses. From budget assistance to year-end auditor involvement, Stuart is with your Association every step of the way.
Client Relations Manager
Ivonne works in our front office and is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to homeowner inquiries and registering work orders. She also handles our Sales and Rental applications, assists in our Architectural Review Board’s (ARB) applications and is in charge of our gate access control for communities with gated entries.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Tania’s responsibilities include posting all maintenance payments, handling homeowners ledgers and account inquiries, as well as following through with all delinquent letters to homeowners as per Florida Statute.
Regional Field Supervisor
Gene has been working with our company for the past (15) fifteen years. He recently was promoted to regional field supervisor responsible for all aspects of overseeing our South County community Associations. His main job detail is looking out for your communities and providing personalized service by working with Board members, homeowners and vendors responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our communities.
Landscape Crew Area Supervisor
Nick will aide in overseeing and providing direct leadership with our landscape maintenance and installation crews. He will be the on- site contact for clients and will assist with project management and coordinating work site and crews. He will be in direct contact with the property managers to enhance the overall landscape maintenance and appearance of the Associations we manage.
Alli is our newest K-9 arrival at (4) months old she is still in training but we already see her great potential in the office. As of now she is “chairdog” of our welcoming committee!!
Bentley has been on staff since he was a puppy for the past (8) years. His responsibilities include overseeing and enforcing all K-9 involved ordinances in HOA communities, inclusive of leash laws and pooper-scooper laws. Bentley also heads our search and rescue team!!
